How clarity built trust and engagement.
The Situation
The Triston Casas Foundation needed a public-facing digital presence that could quickly establish credibility, clearly communicate its mission, and support engagement across donors, partners, and community members. As the foundation expanded its programs and visibility, the experience needed to feel inclusive, modern, and trustworthy—without overwhelming visitors or diluting the story being told.
The Challenge
The challenge wasn’t visual execution—it was structural clarity. Content inputs were still evolving, and ownership across sections was taking shape. Without a clear framework, the project risked fragmented messaging, slower decisions, and reduced confidence for first-time visitors encountering the foundation for the first time.
The Approach
I focused on establishing structure early to reduce ambiguity and keep momentum moving. By defining content hierarchy, narrative flow, and messaging intent directly within wireframes, the team could react to structure instead of blank pages—allowing alignment to happen before final content and visual refinement.
The Work
The work resulted in a cohesive brand and website experience where messaging, hierarchy, and visual rhythm work together to guide users through the foundation’s mission, programs, and opportunities to engage. Design decisions prioritized clarity, accessibility, and emotional resonance without unnecessary complexity.
The Outcome
The foundation now has a streamlined, scalable digital system that supports confident communication and future growth. The experience replaces fragmentation with clarity, reduces friction for first-time visitors, and presents the organization with the professionalism, trust, and intention it deserves.
